Seeking High School Jewish Studies teacher

Kehillah Jewish High School seeks a full time Jewish Studies teacher. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and reflective teacher who loves working with teenagers both in and out of the classroom. This person will have a strong background in academic Jewish Studies as well as the literature of the Beit Midrash. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a wide range of classes. S/he will have a deep appreciation for diverse communities and will be excited about developing new curricula and working collaboratively both in and out of the classroom.

In addition to teaching responsibilities, all faculty members undertake student advisory roles, participate in class trips, supervise student events, among other extra-curricular activities.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years high school teaching experience.
